From corporate Christmas parties to gala dinners, awards nights and EOFY celebrations, Cabravale Events & Conference Centre scales from intimate team dinners of 40 through to gala-style functions for 600 guests. Partnered with Horizon for banquet dining and Magma by Dany Karam for fine dining, every menu is built in-house. Your dedicated events coordinator handles the run sheet, suppliers and on-the-night logistics so the team can focus on the celebration.

One Destination, One Smooth Night

Cabravale Club Resort shares the property with Novotel Sydney Cabramatta, which makes end of year nights feel effortless from start to finish. Interstate teams check in upstairs and walk down to the function. Guests who plan to enjoy the bar can book a room and skip the rideshare home. For longer agendas – a sales conference closing with an awards night, or a two-day off-site finishing with the team dinner – the connected accommodation lets the entire program live in one location.

From the first planning meeting to the final toast, our dedicated events coordinator handles the moving parts so your team does not have to. We will work through the run sheet, dietary notes, supplier briefs and any surprise speeches in advance, then sit at the back of the room on the night to make sure it lands.

Whether you are after a long banquet with a dance floor, a stage-led awards program or a cocktail-style night that flows from drinks to dinner to DJ, we will tailor every element to suit. 

FAQs

How many guests can Cabravale host for an end of year function?

Our function rooms scale from intimate banquet dinners of 40 through to gala-style celebrations for 600 guests. Combined Function Rooms 1-3 seat up to 300 banquet, 4-6 seat up to 400, and the full auditorium opens up for 600+ cocktail-style events.

Do you offer Christmas party packages?

Yes. Festive packages run from late October through early February and include complimentary room hire (minimum spend applies), festive menu selections, welcome drinks, basic AV, chair covers and an upgrade to our premium beverage package. Custom packages are available for clients with a specific run of show.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes. Self-parking is complimentary and on-site, with direct undercover access to the function rooms. There is no booking fee or guest cap.

Can our team stay overnight after the function?

Yes. Novotel Sydney Cabramatta is connected directly to the venue. Discounted rates for function guests are included on most EOY packages, with a discount on dynamic rates as standard. Group bookings can be arranged for 10+ rooms.

How far in advance should we book?

For end of year and Christmas functions we recommend booking 4 to 6 months ahead. Peak weekends through November and December book out first, with mid-week dates usually available closer to the event. EOFY dates through June and July have more flexibility.

Can you accommodate dietary requirements?

Yes. Our chefs build menus around vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, dairy-free and individual allergens. Dietary notes are taken at run sheet stage and reflected in the menu directly.

What is the minimum guest number for an end of year function?

Function rooms are available for groups from 40 guests upwards. Smaller groups can be hosted in our private dining rooms within Horizon, Magma by Dany Karam, District 8 or Bistro 1925.

Can we customise the room layout?

Yes. Theatre, banquet, cabaret, U-shape, classroom and cocktail layouts are all available. Your events coordinator will recommend the right format based on your run sheet, headcount and any stage or AV requirements.

Do you offer entertainment options?

Yes. We work with trusted DJs, live bands, MCs and event hosts across our function calendar. We can assist with booking in any entertainment you require. 

How close is Cabravale to Sydney Airport?

Cabravale is around 35 to 40 minutes’ drive from Sydney Airport and a five-minute walk from Canley Vale train station. For interstate guests, accommodation connected directly to the venue removes the second transfer on arrival.
