Steaks & Grill Favourites

The grill is the heart of the menu. Choose a grain-fed Black Angus steak, striploin, rump or T-bone, with your pick of side and sauce, or go for the BBQ pork ribs with coleslaw, chips and pepper sauce, the black pepper beef ribs, or the 1925 schnitzel with chips, salad and gravy.

Wood-Fired Pizza & Pasta

Our wood-fired pizzas run from a simple margherita to the loaded house supreme, with a vegetarian Mexican for something different. On the pasta side, try the squid ink linguine with seared prawns, the garlic baby octopus pappardelle, or the creamy mushroom penne.

Fresh Seafood

Seafood is a feature at Bistro 1925. Share a seafood platter of baked prawns, squid and green mussels, or order the beer-battered fish and chips, the fish tacos, the baked Atlantic salmon, or the chilli garlic tomato prawns.
