Cabra-Vale Diggers is proud to announce our new Mediterranean-inspired culinary experience known as BISTRO 1925.

Boasting an open-style kitchen and a relaxed-style dining area, BISTRO 1925 exudes casual charm. From a dinner for two to lively vibrant gatherings, we have something to suit each occasion.

Our team of passionate chefs have created exquisite dishes that pay tribute to the time-tested techniques and flavours of the Levant region, with a focus on quality, seasonal produce. We strive to redefine the dining experience by blending classic recipes with innovative culinary techniques using the finest ingredients to ensure each dish is crafted with care and precision, showcasing rich flavours and vibrant colour that make our menu truly exceptional.

Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, each plate is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of tastes that leave a lasting impression. From small plates, designed to be shared, such as Baba Ghanoush, Smoked Labneh and SUJUK Flat Bread with spiced lamb & beef mince, zhoug salsa and lemon to more substantial mains including a 12hr braised lamb shoulder with pilaf rice, coriander & jalapeno salsa. There’s also a delicious selection of pizzas, pasta, burgers and much-loved classic bistro-style favourites including the 1925 Chicken Schnitzel or a Grain Fed Striploin.

BISTRO 1925’s name pays homage to the heritage of Cabra-Vale Diggers with the inclusion of the year in which the club was founded, soon to be celebrating 100 years at Canley Vale, honouring its rich history and culturally diverse membership.
