Can I hold both my ceremony and reception at Cabravale?
Yes. Cabravale Events & Conference Centre can host both your ceremony and reception in one seamless location. Our flexible function rooms and outdoor lawn areas can be styled to suit your vision, so your guests can enjoy every moment without travelling between venues.
Do you have a limit on guest numbers?
There’s no one-size-fits-all – whether you’re planning an intimate celebration for 50 guests or a grand reception for 200 or more, our event spaces can be tailored to suit your needs. With multiple room configurations available, our team will recommend the perfect layout for your guest list.
Is there parking available for our guests?
Yes, Cabravale offers free on-site parking for all guests, with easy access from major roads and public transport. It’s one of the most convenient wedding venues in Western Sydney – perfect for guests arriving from nearby suburbs or staying overnight next door at the Novotel.
How far is Cabravale from Sydney Airport?
Cabravale Club Resort is located in the heart of South West Sydney, around 40 minutes’ drive from Sydney Airport. It’s an ideal wedding venue for couples with interstate or international guests, offering easy access and premium accommodation right next door.
How far in advance should we book our wedding?
Please book your wedding as soon as possible. Popular weekend dates book quickly, so we recommend securing your preferred date 6–12 months in advance. Once you’ve confirmed your date, our team can help you lock in your package and start planning all the details.
Can we bring our own décor or styling?
Of course. We welcome custom styling and can work closely with your chosen suppliers to ensure every detail complements your theme. From floral installations to ceiling draping, your dedicated wedding coordinator will help bring your vision to life.
How long do we have access to the venue on the day?
You’ll have full access to the venue for the duration of your wedding day, with the opportunity to extend your celebration if you wish. Extended hours can be arranged in advance with your wedding coordinator.
Do you include tables, chairs, linen, and décor in the package?
Yes. Our wedding packages include access to essential furniture, linen, and standard décor items. We can also assist with additional styling options or custom touches to match your personal theme perfectly.
Do you have preferred suppliers for décor, flowers, or photography?
Yes, we can certainly connect you with trusted suppliers we’ve worked with time and time again. From wedding florists to photographers and stylists, we’re happy to share our recommendations to make your wedding planning easier.
