STARS Dance for Cancer
We are so proud of our team members Glenda and Nicholas for performing at this year’s STARS Dance for Cancer and representing our club at such a fantastic community event. On the night, Nicholas took 2nd place for The People’s Choice Award, and 3rd place for The Judge’s Choice Award.
Together, we were able to fundraise just over $115,000 to the Cancer Council NSW, on top of the $22,000 that was raised at the Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea last month, to support world-class cancer research, prevention programs, advocacy and support services!
Thank you to President Walter Robinson OAM, Directors Joseph Farrugia, Lindsay Sharp, Ronnie Moore, Shane Burette, Group General Manager Michael Foulkes and the rest of our management team for attending. An even bigger thank you to everyone who donated, volunteers on the night, Cancer Council staff Jenny Nguyen & Sinilia Radivojevic and all the Stars of Western Sydney – Dance for Cancer and their dancers for making this possible!
