The Cabra-Vale Diggers Group has consistently been at the forefront of delivering exceptional dining experiences. CEO Boris Belevski’s innovative approach was eloquently showcased with the creation of District 8 at Cabra-Vale Diggers – an unprecedented Asian Eat Street style restaurant that has enthralled patrons with incredible South East Asian cuisine for the past 6 years. District 8, along with the bustling operation of Horizon Asian Dining, operating 7 days a week, have consistently drawn crowds, transforming lunch and dinner reservations into coveted opportunities.

The addition of Chef Dany Karam as Culinary Ambassador further solidifies the club’s position as an industry pioneer, consistently pushing boundaries and delivering world-class culinary delights within the club industry.

Chef Dany Karam’s association with Cabra-Vale Diggers will undoubtedly inject a new dimension of culinary brilliance into Cabra-Vale Diggers, which is poised to redefine the culinary experience within its vast expansion project, encompassing multiple stages of growth. Stage 1 of the building works, currently underway, sets the foundation for the transformative journey that awaits patrons.

Under the visionary guidance of Dany Karam, Stage 2 of the redevelopment will encompass the launch of two unparalleled dining experiences with the creation of a 160-seat state-of-the-art Steakhouse and Whisky Bar complete with its own in-house butchery and dry-aged full blood wagyu fridge as well as a 300-seat Italian Restaurant inspired by the interior design of Starbuck’s Reserve in Milan, Italy.

The Cabra-Vale Diggers redevelopment encompasses a plethora of exciting new additions, including a magnificent eastern entry point featuring a spacious Porte-cochère from Railway Parade.
