How many people can I book for?
We cater for everything from small groups to large celebrations. Capacity varies between restaurants, so once you share your numbers, our team will recommend the best venue and seating layout.
Do I need to book in advance?
For any group, especially on weekends or busy dining periods, we recommend booking as early as possible. This allows us to reserve the right space and ensure your experience runs smoothly.
What if someone in our group is running late?
Just let the team know. We’ll hold your table for a reasonable time, and do our best to accommodate any changes so your group can enjoy the experience together. At Horizon, at least 80% of your guests must arrive before the table can be allocated. We hold tables for 15 minutes after the booking time.
Should we tell you how many children are coming?
Yes, please. This helps us prepare appropriate seating, highchairs if needed, and family-friendly arrangements.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a cake for birthdays or special occasions. We recommend advising our team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements for your booking.
Can we decorate the space?
Simple, table-friendly decorations are welcome. For anything more elaborate, speak with our team so we can confirm what’s suitable for your chosen venue.
Are there birthday or celebration packages?
While packages vary by restaurant, our teams are always happy to help tailor something special — whether it’s a set menu, shared feast, or small celebratory touches.
Is there a minimum spend for group bookings?
Yes, a minimum spend applies for private room bookings, and a deposit is required for group reservations. The minimum spend and deposit amount will vary depending on the number of tables booked. Our team will confirm all details at the time of booking.
Is there a time limit on bookings?
Some restaurants may have time allocations during peak dining periods. At Horizon, Yum Cha dining is limited to 90 minutes, while District 8 offers a 2-hour dining period.
What if we have dietary requirements?
Just let us know in advance. Both Horizon and Bistro 1925 offer a variety of dietary-friendly dishes, and we can guide you through suitable options.
Can we request a specific area in the restaurant?
If you have a preference – quieter corner, window seating, private room – let us know. We’ll accommodate it wherever possible.
