Do we need to book in advance?
We recommend booking in advance, especially for yum cha, dinner on weekends, and larger groups. Booking helps secure your preferred time and seating, whether you are visiting for a casual meal, family gathering, or special occasion. However if we have availability you are welcome to drop in without a booking.
Can we advise in advance if we are bringing children?
Yes. Children are welcome at Horizon Asian Dining when accompanied by a responsible adult. Please let us know if you are bringing children so we can prepare your table accordingly.
How many people can I book for?
We can accommodate both small and large groups. Tables in the main dining area are flexible, and private dining rooms are available for more intimate or larger gatherings. Please contact us to discuss your group size and seating requirements.
Can we request a specific space or table in the restaurant?
Yes. You can request a preferred area when booking. While we cannot always guarantee exact tables during busy periods, we do our best to accommodate your request, especially for special occasions or group bookings.
How long can you hold a table for guests?
We can hold your table for a limited time after your booked arrival. For lunch or yum cha, tables are typically held for 15 minutes past your booking time. For dinner or large group bookings, please arrive on time to ensure your table is ready. If you anticipate being late, contact us so we can accommodate your party where possible.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Yes. Horizon Asian Dining can cater to most dietary needs. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can recommend suitable dishes or prepare alternatives, all while enjoying authentic Chinese cuisine in Cabramatta.
Is there a minimum spend or deposit for private rooms?
Some private rooms and banquet bookings may require a minimum spend or deposit. Our team will confirm the details when you make your enquiry to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Are there surcharges or special terms and conditions?
Certain bookings, private rooms, or banquet menus may include a deposit, minimum spend, or service charges. Details are provided during booking to ensure transparency and avoid surprises.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes. You are welcome to bring a cake for birthdays or special occasions. Please advise us when booking so we can assist with presentation and service.
Do you offer large group or private dining options?
Yes. Horizon Asian Dining is ideal for birthdays, reunions, corporate dinners, and other celebrations. We offer private dining rooms, curated banquet menus, and assistance with seating arrangements to ensure your event runs smoothly.
What are your opening hours for yum cha and dinner?
Our yum cha is available Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm, and on weekends from 9:30am to 3:00pm. Lunch and dinner service runs daily from 11:30am to 3:00pm and 5:00pm to 10:00pm. Last orders are taken 15 minutes before closing.
