Using fresh, high-quality ingredients, each plate is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of tastes that leave a lasting impression. From small plates, designed to be shared, such as Baba Ghanoush, Smoked Labneh and SUJUK Flat Bread with spiced lamb & beef mince, zhoug salsa and lemon, to more substantial mains including a 12hr braised lamb shoulder with pilaf rice, coriander & jalapeno salsa.
