CHRISTMAS GIFT DONATIONS
Last week, the Department of Communities and Justice at Fairfield, Devitt Simpson JP, reached out to the Club seeking support for families and children in the Fairfield Cabramatta district for Christmas Gifts.
The Club responded and along with our supplier, Joe Lahood, who generously donated beautiful gifts for the children.
These Christmas presents were beautifully wrapped by our lovely ladies from our Women’s Auxiliary, who kindly gave their time and wrapped all the gifts in one session – the task took 3 and a half hours to complete.
The Club is proud to be given the opportunity to help children at this special time of year. These presents will be donated to disadvantaged kids in the area who have experienced abuse, trauma and neglect – giving them all a chance to receive a gift for the very first time on Christmas Day.
