RSL & Services Clubs Association each year conducts the Spirit of Anzac Awards. These awards have several categories, Spirit of Kokoda, Outstanding Community Member and the Spirit of Anzac Awards.

This year we are very proud to advise members that Director Walter Robinson OAM JP was awarded in the category of Outstanding Community Member Award a Highly Commended place in the Awards ceremony held in Melbourne in early September 2019.

Walter was recognised for his volunteer work with community organisations with military ceremonies and research of military history in local areas. His assistance to many groups including the Liverpool City Council, Sub Branch at Campbelltown RSL and here at Cabra-Vale Diggers is invaluable.
