Cabramatta High school students in partnership with club have in 2019 been volunteering at the Seniors concert days to assist our older patrons enjoy the free concert. This important community volunteering program has benefits for both the patrons and students by allowing them to interact with the groups to reduce social isolation and help the young students better understand an older community. On Monday 9 December 2019 the Group General Manager and Club’s Training Manager attended Cabramatta High School and presented the 27 student volunteers with a certificate of appreciation. The school deeply values its involvement in community and appreciates the opportunity the club gave them with this project. These students were handpicked from years 10 and 11 and are great highly motivated in community works. This project will continue in 2020.
