Remembrance Day
On Sunday 11th November 2018 members of the Club gathered together at 10.30 am to commemorate Remembrance Day. Over 150 people attended and laid wreaths in memory of who served and died in wars past and present. This year marked the 100th year anniversary since the end of WWI. It was a moving ceremony with over 45 wreaths being laid, the lone piper playing mist over the mountains and amazing grace and the bugle sounding Rouse and Reveille. This year we were honoured to Chris Hayes MP for Fowler, Nick Lalich MP for Cabramatta and Dai Le Fairfield City Councillor. Special thanks to Director Walter Robinson OAM who was the MC for the event.
