The primary uses of personal information collected by Cabra-Vale Diggers Limited includes meeting the requirements of the Registered Clubs Act 1976, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006, the Financial Transactions Reports Act 1988 and other relevant legislation, processing member applications, to identify you, to provide you goods and services, to record which goods and services you use, and to advertise opportunities and goods and services provided or offered by Cabra-Vale Diggers, or companies in which the Cabra-Vale Diggers has an ownership interest to you.

Cabra-Vale Diggers may disclose your information to companies in which it has an ownership interest for the advertising of goods and services to you and it may disclose your personal information to third parties that provide services under contract to Cabra-Vale Diggers.
