Cabra Vale Diggers Club proudly supported the walk and event was held on Wednesday 20 November 2019. The club was represented by Vice President Darryl McKellar, Director Lindsay Sharp and GGM Michael Foulkes.

Guest speaker was Andrew Scipione Retired Police Commissioner, NSW Police Force and Superintendent Rob Morrison Commander Fairfield City Area Command. Chris Hayes MP, Mayor Frank Carbone and Counsellor Dai Le also attended. Over 800 of our local community including numerous schools participated in the walk. Our support of this event was the provision of the sound system for the formal ceremony with many compliments after the event on the quality of the sound and 1000 bottles of water for the walkers and community.
