AUSTRALASIAN VIETNAMESE AGED CARE SERVICES

The Australian Vietnamese Aged Care Services (AVACS) in conjunction with other community organisations including Cabra-Vale Diggers, has built a new modern residential aged care facility in Smithfield for the ageing population in the Vietnamese community.

Dr. Tang Van Minh, President of AVACS said “This is the very first Vietnamese nursing home in NSW and will provide essential services for elderly people within the Vietnamese community.”

The state of the art facility consists of 68 bedrooms, four dining rooms and a number of gardens where family members can spend quality time with their seniors.

At a total cost of $17 million, the 4000 square-metre state-of-the-art facility consists of 68 bedrooms, four dining rooms, and a number of gardens where family members can spend quality time with their seniors.
